ROTOR is an oven with one deck, and contains one or more carriages, wrapped by a hot air flow, suitable for cooking any bakery product.
The cooking deck built entirely of steel on different models and sizes: 40×60 – 50×70 – 60×80 – 80×80 – 60×120.
All models are equipped for the production of steam. The carriage rotation ensures good cooking of the product.
Running can be gas, gas oil and electric.
